People added via reservations and waitlists are automatically added to your guestbook. Learn how to add new reservation or add a party to the waitlist.

  • Tap on the "address book icon" on the left side.
  • Use your contact list for your marketing initiatives, like SMS or email campaigns, engaging clients to visit your restaurant more often. 

You can edit contact details or delete contacts from your guestbook and view their visit history. 

  • Simply tap on a name and choose the action you want to make on the right panel.

Pro tip: Sort your clients via number of visits to easily find the list of clients who return the most. Target them with your marketing to offer special deals and engage them to share information about your restaurant via word-of-mouth.
