Once you set up the online reservation deposit feature, your customer will be able to add their credit card details to their online reservation page. If you add a reservation directly via the Hostme panel, they will receive a message with a direct link to enter their credit card details to their reservation. To provide a refund, just find the reservation, tap “edit” and refund the amount you want.

Once you set up the “Deposit” mode, any reservation will always have of these three statuses:

  • Paid
  • Not Paid
  • Refunded

If you set up the “Cancellation Fee” mode, you will see a reservation with the “Paid/Not Paid" status only when a reservation is cancelled.
