How to use Hostme on mobile (for restaurants)

In order to manage your Hostme application from your phone, you first need

to install the app.


Go to App Store or Play Store and find Hostme app.
The search results will show two apps. The orange icon one is for the restaurant management (on the left) and white icon one is for guests only (on the right).


Log in to the app with your account credentials.


App interface is the same on both mobile and desktop/tablet.

You can easily adjust any settings on the phone.

For complex settings and adjustments such as the floor plan, we suggest using desktop or tablet.


Switch to Host panel by tapping restaurant name button at the top of Admin panel. Manage current reservations/waitlists, approve and add new ones on the go. Use various filters in order to adjust your mobile priorities (other date/time, group size, etc).

After the invitation is sent, a user will log in to their Hostme account through email invitation.
