You can now connect Hostme to Star Micronics printers to print guest and reservation details, chits for staff, and order receipts directly from Hostme.
This integration helps streamline your daily operations by bringing key guest and order information straight to the printer — no manual copying, writing or switching between screens.
What You Can Print
By default, Hostme supports three types of preset printable slips:
Guestbook Card
Contains all details from the guest’s profile, including:
Name, phone number, and email
Guest tags and notes
Allergies and table preference
Birth date and anniversary; other important dates and events
Guestbook join date
Company name, office address, and phone
Delivery address and instructions (if applicable)
In addition, we can add:
Number of guest's visits, cancellations, no-shows
Number of average bill
Reservation Card
Displays all essential guest details, but also:
Reservation type (Reservation, Walk-in, Waitlist or Event)
Reservation status (Approved, Called, Cancelled, Closed)
Group size and seating area
Any reservation-specific notes or details added by the guest or host
Source of reservation (Online widget, Google, Meta, in-house, etc)
Order Receipt
Displays essential customer details, including:
Order status (Confirmed, Cancelled, Changed)
Order type (Delivery or Pickup)
Special requests and allergies
Additional customer requests (Contactless Delivery, Don’t Disturb) Need Card Reader, etc)
Ordered items and quantity
Subtotal and delivery fees
Taxes and total amount

Our team can fully customize the design and layout of printed slips to match your workflow and branding.
You can choose what information appears on each printout and how it’s displayed.
It’s also possible to include a QR code on the chit or receipt. Scanning the code can open:

Installation and integration
To implement this feature and functionality, Hostme customers need to have a Star Micronics printer connected to the device intended for reservation management with Hostme.
To proceed with integration, go to Admin panel -> Marketplace and press Connect next to the Star Micronics printer app.
