Now you can create marketing campaigns straight from Hostme Admin panel.
In this article, we'll cover how to set up and activate Email Campaigns.

Create an Email Campaign
Go to Admin panel -> Campaigns -> New campaign. Click the orange Create button next to the Email Campaign.
This is where you'll find different fields and detailed parameters for your campaign:
Campaign Name
Segment Size
Send to top xyz recipients
Cost per email sent
Total campaign cost
Balance. Your current credit balance based on purchased plan.
Add credits. By pressing the Add credits button, you'll be able to directly purchase more credits via secure Stripe link. Click here for more information.
Campaign Schedule. Send now or choose date and time to launch the campaign later. In order to launch a campaign, the green Activate button must be enabled for selected campaign.
Segment button. By clicking the orange Segment button on the right, you'll get a pop-up window similar to filter windows in Hostme. This is where you'll adjust the detailed parameters for the recipients.
Email Editor
The editor offers plenty of options to easily create a template of your own or modify one of the sample templates.
Email Subject. The editor allows plenty of characters for a catchy subject.
Link Builder. This is where you can create custom links for implementing them behind buttons.
Templates. Choose from our templates which you can fully customize or make your own.
Insert Variable. Also known as Message tags that display exact information related to the restaurant, guest or reservation.
Upload Image. You can upload images in several ways. They will be stored in Gallery.
Insert Button. Fully customizable CTA buttons for your template.
Insert Link. Copy necessary links here or use our Link Builder.
Source Code. For advanced customization, edit the HTML code.
Preview. Check what the template will look like from guest's perspective via desktop or mobile view.
Text editor. To customize text appearance, go over the Edit, Insert and Format settings.
Make sure to save the changes.
Activate the Campaign
When you return to My campaigns section, your campaign will have a green Activate button and a blue Test Template button.
We strongly recommend testing the campaign prior to activation. Test Template button action pushes a sample template to the email address that you've used to log in to Hostme.
Next to the buttons, you will find a Three dot button that allows you to edit, duplicate or delete selected campaign.
