Now you can create marketing campaigns straight from Hostme Admin panel.
In this article, we'll cover how to set up and activate WhatsApp Campaigns.
Create WhatsApp Campaign
Go to Admin panel -> Campaigns -> New campaign. Click the orange Create button next to the WhatsApp Campaign.
This is where you'll find different fields and detailed parameters for your campaign:
Campaign Name
Segment Size
Send to top xyz recipients
Cost per WA message sent
Total campaign cost
Balance. Your current credit balance based on purchased plan.
Add credits. By pressing the Add credits button, you'll be able to directly purchase more credits via secure Stripe link. Click here for more information.
Campaign Schedule. Send now or choose date and time to launch the campaign later. In order to launch a campaign, the green Activate button must be enabled for selected campaign.
Segment button. By clicking the orange Segment button on the right, you'll get a pop-up window similar to filter windows in Hostme. This is where you'll adjust the detailed parameters for the recipients. Make sure to click on Apply filters after each choice.
WhatsApp Campaign Editor
The editor offers two template options - Single card and Carousel Template.
Single card template
Insert variable - system will insert data that you wish to incorporate in the message itself. Use variables such as {{Customer.Name}} to personalize the message.
Footer - Short sentence or wording that will be shown at the bottom of the message.
Image or Header - You can add an image that will be shown above the message body.
You can upload images in several ways. They will be stored in Gallery.
Buttons - Maximum number of added buttons is 3.
Available button options:
- Quick reply
- Link button
- Phone number

In addition to selecting variables, you can add up to 10 cards to your WA message, as well as Card buttons.

Activate the Campaign
When you return to My campaigns section, your campaign will be shown there.
Please keep in mind that WhatsApp campaigns require a status Approved in order to be activated.
We strongly recommend testing the campaign prior to activation. Test Template button action pushes a sample template to the phone number that is connected to your Hostme account.

Next to the buttons, you will find a Three dot button that allows you to edit, duplicate or delete selected campaign.
