Using this communication channel allows you to keep all messages from the same guest phone number in one dedicated thread, independent of their reservation details.
It offers a more streamlined experience than the Android option and enables two-way messaging within a single guest conversation without using Host panel to check or reply to messages.

1. The feature is available for a flat fee of $20/month (based on your currency).
2. Reservation notifications and reminders are included. You won't be charged per message.
To connect your preferred restaurant phone number with our Simple Web WhatsApp feature, go to Admin panel -> Marketplace and click the Buy button next to it.
Hostme app setup
Follow the steps on screen. It's works the same way as you would link your mobile device to the WA desktop app.
Link the device
Open WhatsApp on your mobile device. Go to Settings -> Linked Devices.
Tap Link device button.
Tap OK button.
Once Camera opens, bring the mobile device closer to the QR code that was generated after you clicked Buy in Marketplace.
You should see a list of Linked devices that will show your preferred/system browser which you use for Hostme app.
This is what you will see after the device has been linked successfully.
Start using WhatsApp for guest communication
Customers who have WhatsApp installed with the number they used to make a reservation in your restaurant will receive reservation texts and messages to their WhatsApp messenger.
Customers who don't have active WhatsApp will get a failover text message from Twilio depending on your settings.
Customers with emails attached to their reservation will always get email notifications.
