Your account is not verified
To send SMS messages to your guests, make sure your Hostme account is verified.
This needs to be done only once, usually right after you create an account. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to verify your account and/or follow the instructions received from customer support.
You haven't enabled SMS service
SMS confirmations are disabled by default. Before guests can receive any messages, SMS sending must be manually turned on in your restaurant settings.
Go to Admin panel -> Settings -> About restaurant -> SMS Communication channel and choose the option that works best for your business.
Your SMS templates aren't set up properly
Make sure that your SMS templates are set up correctly in Admin panel -> Guest messages option.

Incorrect phone number
The guest's number may be missing digits or have an incorrect country code.
