Here's what your guests will see once you start sending reservation notifications from WhatsApp Business.
Note: You can choose to use either the default Hostme or branded templates.

Reservation cancelation via WhatsApp
Remember our reservation cancelation button in Hostme emails? Now, your guests can easily find the reservation in the WA chat and cancel the reservation there.
Such reservations will be marked with "Quick reply" as a reason of guest's cancellation in the reservation card.

If you have the Private Feedback feature enabled, this is how your guests will leave feedback through WA. You'll be able to view the feedback in Analytics within 24 hours.
