Billing: Adding a credit card and choosing a subscription plan

When you sign up and start a 2-week free trial, you have the chance to test the Mezzo plan we have in our offer.

To get more details on which plan is the best for you, please follow this link and make sure to choose the currency based on the country you come from (in case your currency is not listed, you choose the pricing in USD): https://www.hostmeapp.com/pricing-US/

Once you've decided on a specific plan, go to your Admin Panel and click on the Billing section.

The window that opens after clicking on the Billing button will show you all the available plans we currently offer.

In case you want to choose a yearly payment, click on Special offers.

Choose the plan you want to subscribe to.

As you can see, you have two options to go to the payment section. The Upgrade button will lead you directly to the payment link where you need to add your credit card details and approve the transaction.

Or you ask for the payment link via email. In that case, you will need to provide

your email address.

Once the credit card details are entered, the amount will be deducted from your account accordingly, for the next month, trimester or year, depending on your preferences.

The amount for your next invoice will be automatically deducted from your account at the end of the paid subscription cycle unless you decide to change plans.

(example: You choose and pay a monthly subscription on March 5th, the next invoice will be charged on April 5th for the period April 5 - May 5, etc.)

To cancel the service, you just need to click on the Cancel button, and someone from our team will get back to you.
