Once you've made sure that your settings are adjusted accordingly (follow this link if you need help how to make adjustments to Online ordering):

below is a detailed description of the Online ordering flow from the Customer and Host's side.

We'll start with the Client's side:

The customer will choose the order option here:

We will choose Delivery in this case - as soon as possible:

The customer then chooses the products from the Menu and needs to click on Checkout button once done

He will then need to fill in the contact details, delivery address:

then check the ordered items one more time and choose the tip (optional):

The next step is choosing the payment method. We're choosing cash in our case:

Then the final step - Complete order:

Let's see how it looks like on the Host side:

New order will appear here. When you click on it, you will be able to see all the details on the right side of the screen:

  • delivery number,

  • payment status and amount,

  • time when the order has been received, etc.:

If you click on Edit, you can make changes to the existing order (in case the customer gives you a call and tells you he wants to make some changes, for example):

When the order is ready, you click on the Ready button:

New status will appear:

Once delivered, click on Complete:

Great! You've closed the order and delivered the food to the customer.
