Once you've made sure that your Online ordering settings are adjusted accordingly, you might want to check our detailed description of the Online ordering flow from the Customer and Host's side.

We'll start with the Customer side.

The customer will choose the order option here:

We will choose Delivery in this case - As soon as possible:

The customer then chooses products from the Menu and needs to click on Check the order button to proceed.

Next, they will need to fill in the contact details including their delivery address:

By scrolling down, the customer can review the ordered items one more time and choose the tip (optional):

The next step is choosing the payment method. We're choosing cash in our example:

The final step - Complete order:

Let's see what it looks like on the Host side:

A new order will appear here. When you click on it, you will be able to see all the details on the right side of the screen:

  • delivery number,

  • payment status and amount,

  • time when the order has been received, etc.:

If you click on Edit, you can make changes to the existing order (in case the customer gives you a call and tells you he wants to make some changes, for example):

When the order is ready, you click on the Ready button:

New status will appear:

Once delivered, click on Complete.

Great! You've closed the order and delivered the food to the customer.
