In order for reservation to be eligible for a refund, customer's credit card must be accepted
by the system and the reservation must be in accordance with the cancellation fee hours and group size previously set in Admin Panel -> Reservations -> Deposits and Fees.
Please follow these steps in case the host does not want to charge cancellation fee to a customer:
Make sure that the reservation is showing Credit card on file and click on the Edit button:
This will open reservation settings where you need to click on the Fee tab in the bottom right corner. Make sure to select preferred payment method and click on the check mark in the top right corner:
Further, click on the three dots next to Edit button. Click on Cancel from the drop-down menu:
Enable the "Do Not Charge Fee" toggle and click on Confirm:
